digital competence, singing and music, Norwegian cultural heritage and dissemination, language development and multilingualism as guidelines for minority speakers in the Mother Tongue Curriculum for Linguistic Minorities .
Research shows that children who are given good conditions to develop their mother tongue also have better opportunities to learn Norwegian.
